📥 How to Redeem Your Purchase

To ensure smooth delivery of your items, please follow the steps below.
This process applies to all items, supporter tiers, and subscription perks.

STEP 1 — Join the Discord

You must be in our Discord to receive your item.

👉 If you haven’t joined yet, please do so before opening a ticket or making a purchase.

STEP 2 — Open a Support Ticket

After your purchase, open a ticket in the #create-ticket channel.

Please include the following details depending on your item:

🦊 Animorph Subscription – Required Info

Provide:

• Your Tebex transaction ID

• Character name

Staff will assign Animorph access once verified.

🥉/🥇/💎/👑 Supporter Tiers – Required Info

When redeeming a supporter tier, include:

• Your Tebex transaction ID

• Character name

• Which reward option you are choosing

• Needed info for Plates or Cards 

Staff will also assign your Supporter Role and unlock your Supporter Chat.

🚀 Queue Priority Tiers – Required Info

Queue priority is based on your Discord role.

To ensure your priority is active:

• Verify your Discord role was added automatically

• If not applied: open a ticket with:
  • Tebex transaction ID
  • Your Discord username
  • FiveM character name

STEP 3 — Wait for Staff Confirmation

Our team will:

• Verify your Tebex purchase

• Collect any needed details

• Deliver your item or assign your role

❗ Important Notes

• All purchases are logged and verified through Tebex before delivery.

• Queue priority ONLY works if your Discord role is active.
